Caldwell & Cook Inc. has been constructing new single family houses since 1952. We are a family run business that takes great pride in our homes and our good relationship with our home owners. Many of our sales are to repeat customers and to people who have been referred to us by existing home buyers.
Today Caldwell & Cook is developing the beautiful community of
Eastwood Estates. You may choose one of our many house plans that we have available or bring in one of your own. Modifying a plan to suit your personal preference is no problem, letting you have the home you have always dreamed about. Choose from a wide array of materials and colors in every part of your new home (including siding, flooring, cabinets, counters, tile, paint and many more items).

A Brief History
In the late 1940s two good friends, Jerry Cook and Jack Caldwell, started a drywall business. Several years later they began building new homes in Irondequoit, NY. In 1952 they founded Caldwell & Cook Inc. Over the years since then, Caldwell & Cook Inc. has built more than
3,600 houses in the Rochester, NY area. Although a majority of our communities have been in Greece, we've also constructed many new homes in the towns of Chili, Brighton, Pittsford, Henrietta and Irondequoit.
